Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of digital products sold through lizzip.com. By buying a product, you agree to these terms.

Digital products
lizzip.com sells downloadable digital products such as PDFs, guides, workbooks, templates, and similar files. Product descriptions, prices, included files, and delivery details are shown on each product page.
Checkout, prices, and taxes
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Prices may be shown in a local currency when Stripe supports it, or in the default checkout currency. Taxes are calculated or confirmed by Stripe where applicable. The final amount due is shown before payment is completed.
Delivery
- After successful payment, the purchased file is delivered by email and a protected backup download link.
- Backup download links expire after 30 days or 5 successful downloads, whichever comes first.
- You are responsible for entering a working email address at checkout and saving the file after download.
License
Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the product for your own private use.
- You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, publish, sublicense, or make the file publicly available.
- You may not remove notices, claim the product as your own, or use it to train or populate a competing product library.
Refunds and support
Digital content is delivered shortly after payment. Refunds, cancellation rights, or withdrawal rights may be limited where the law allows once digital delivery has started, but this does not limit any mandatory consumer rights. If a file is missing, corrupted, or inaccessible, contact hello@lizzip.com and we will help restore access or resolve the issue.
Product information
We try to keep product descriptions, page counts, prices, tax notes, and delivery details accurate. Minor differences in file presentation, currency conversion, or tax display may occur through Stripe or local settings.
No professional advice
Digital products may contain educational, creative, relationship, business, or informational material. They are not legal, medical, financial, tax, psychological, or other regulated professional advice unless explicitly stated by a qualified professional.
Availability
We aim to keep the website, checkout, email delivery, and downloads available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may maintain, update, suspend, or change the service when needed.
Misuse
We may block checkout, revoke download access, or refuse support where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, payment misuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or losses caused by misuse of the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms when products, checkout, delivery, or legal requirements change. The latest version is published at this URL.
